All subscription databases require users to login with their last name and GGU Law ID number (found on your ID card) whether accessing from on or off campus. Please talk to a reference librarian if you have any questions. These resources are restricted to GGU law students and faculty. You must access these resources from the links provided on this page.
Many databases accessible through Golden Gate University are governed by subscription and license agreements to which the library and its users are legally bound. These agreements identify who may use the databases, for what purposes they may be used, what uses are prohibited, what copyright restrictions may apply, and what the vendors are not responsible for. Please be aware that by using any of the databases you agree to abide by these conditions. Unlawful use of your GGU accounts is an ethical violation. If you have any questions about permissible use, please contact the Law Librarians.
TAX NOTES and TAX NOTES INTERNATIONAL from Tax Analyts are now available online for GGU Law faculty and students. Please follow the instructions below to set up your initial access.

GGU FACULTY: Please follow these steps: 1) Go to Tax Notes click SIGN IN at the top left 2) In the username field, please enter your @ggu.edu email address. Click Next. 3) You’ll be taken to a Profile page. Enter your name and GGU e-mail address. 4) Choose a password and enter it. 5) When you’ve finished the Profile, click SAVE CHANGES. 6) You’ll get a temporary password in a welcome email, use this to login for the first time. 7) Go back to the Tax Notes website where you can sign in with your username (your @ggu.edu e-mail address) and the temporary password. You will be directed to change your password from the temporary password to your own password. Once logged in, you will have access to Tax Notes and Tax Notes International. |
