Supply Chain Resources: Start

This guide lists eBooks, databases, journals, videos and websites to use when researching a company's supply chain.

Introduction

Some companies protect their supply chain procedures as though they were trade secrets, making it difficult for students to find information about this aspect of a company's management process. As a result, you are unlikley to find a single comprehensive document that provides you with all the information you require to complete your assignment.

In order to assemble a comprehensive picture of a company's supply chain operation, you will need to do some old-fashioned sleuthing using a variety of sources. Be prepared: you will need to search through several online databases and read many articles, financial reports and other sources of information in order to find the data you need.
