Industry ratios can be found in several different resources. Keep in mind that different publishers have different measures for industry ratios - when analyzing ratios, you should only use one publisher (such as the Risk Management Association).
If you are having trouble figuring out what the ratios mean or how they are configured, each publisher has a detailed description in the beginning of their printed resource. Risk Management Association (RMA) ratios can be found using the library database D&B Hoovers.
