Library Access

Submission of an Alumni Application is required when transitioning to Alumni status. Most Business-related resources are completely electronic and virtually available to current students only. Alumni have access to the Learning Commons space in the Otto & Velia Butz University Libraries. Databases are available on-campus with a *Guest Open Athens account. *Guest wi-fi is also available in the Learning Commons.

Process
  • Inquire about Alumni Access via askaibrarian@ggu.edu.
  • Submit Alumni Library Access form.
  • Authenticate identity in-person or via a video call with the library.
  • After establishing Alumni status future renewals can be completed by contacting the library and updating any contact information.
  • Alumni status can be applied to your original student ID. 
  • Alumni status includes access to the library during normally-scheduled hours.
